Our Team

Andy Tallon



After graduating from NCAD with a degree in Industrial Design in 2004, Andy joined our Design Department. Progressing in project management and contract sales roles since then, Andy was our Sales Director before he and Niall founded TONA in 2021. Andy manages our strategic business focus, our core client sales and oversees the TONA project teams as we continue to develop our tailored services for our client base.

As part of his role, Andy enjoys establishing lasting synergies with our trade partners and suppliers to assist our team in providing best-in-class solutions for our clients.

Still with a passion for product design, Andy likes to keep updated on the latest furniture trends and concepts – particularly independent Irish designers and makers.

Outside the office, Andy enjoys coaching his sons’ football teams, horse riding and cheering on Leinster and Ireland rugby teams!

Niall O’Kane



Niall co-founded TONA with Andy in 2021 and since then has supported the development of our in-house bespoke joinery and fit out services.

Through his experience and growth as a trusted contractor and manufacturer with his other companies, Carnehill Contracting and Carnehill Joinery (which were founded in 2003), Niall brings a vast commercial knowledge of these services to our management team.

Niall enjoys a hands-on approach to our projects and supports our site teams with frequent site visits.

Sarah Byrne

Finance Manager


Sarah joined the team in 2021 and since then has ensured the highest standards of management to ensure the company has a secure financial base to continue to flourish.

Accumulated over her 20 years in financial and purchasing roles, Sarah has a wealth of knowledge and experience in managing company finances, information and budgets which support the company Directors in their decision making and responsibilities.

Sarah enjoys the challenges of meeting the business needs in a dynamic working environment.

When she’s not producing flash reports or preparing meeting agendas Sarah enjoys walking, jogging, podcasts and checking out the next home interiors trends.

Sean Keenan

Sales Manager


Sean joined us as Sales Manager in November 2023 as part of our Senior Management team.

As an Industrial Design degree graduate (NCAD) and Autodesk Revit BIM certified professional with over 25 years industry experience, Sean has worked with some of the industry’s leading Irish fitout companies.
Sean adds a wealth of design, sales, and business development experience in residential and commercial projects to our team.

Among his many strong traits, Sean is creatively minded and always very customer centred.

His focus with TONA is to build on and develop our client relationships, grow supplier partnerships, manage our commercial sales strategy, and drive those sales opportunities to help grow our presence across the sectors we target.
He is always keen to keep updated on the latest developments in the construction & furniture industries whether it be BIM, off-site construction, or lean management.

Away from work (or indeed part of it!) Sean loves nothing more than to tee it up and play some golf.

If its sport related, he’s in, playing or watching. To throw on the boots and play five-a-side a couple of times a week.

The basketball shoes to ‘hit the paint’. Or even the runners for the odd 10k.
And when not playing, he loves being pitch side to watch his kids playing GAA, soccer, or basketball.

Gillian White

Project Estimator & Office Manager


Gillian joined the team in 2015 as Sales Support Administrator.

In this role, she gained great cross-project knowledge and helped secure some of the company’s largest public tender awarded projects.

Using this experience and with great product knowledge and cost estimating, Gillian took the opportunity to progress in our Sales Team and then onto her current role of Project Estimator where she is happiest providing invaluable product selection and pricing support to our Sales Team. Gillian also manages the day-to-day running of the TONA office – so when she’s not busy with CAD floor plans, meeting our suppliers & clients or planning the next office party, you will likely find her spending time with her family, socialising with friends or planning her next getaway.

Alan Marshall

Design Manager


Alan has worked with us since 2017 and is responsible for managing our design services; AutoCad layouts, client presentations and branding documents.

Using his previous experience in both retail and kitchen design, Alan has developed our design service offering to include 3D presentations and REVIT support for our clients. He has also been integral in developing the quality of our bespoke joinery options within our projects.

Alan’s interest in ‘all things design’ started while studying Industrial Design at college and he specifically likes the challenges each new project brings and a chance to do something different every day within his brief.

His interests have grown to include organic & biophilic design, 3D modelling, 3D printing and Ergonomics.

Outside the office, if not working on another DIY project at home Alan can be found outdoors walking with his dog, Cooper, or enjoying a good meal with friends.

Paul White

Contracts Manager


Before he joined our team in early 2020, Paul had worked within the construction industry for almost 20 years.

Within his role as Contracts Manager, Paul manages all our order details, logistics and onsite contractor scheduling.

Paul prides himself on his attention to detail, project planning and problem-solving skills which helps TONA to deliver a best-in-class service to our clients.
When he’s not in the office or on site, you are likely to find Paul on the side-lines of a GAA pitch where he coaches one of his local teams or in Croke Park watching his beloved Dublin GAA football team.

Gerry Warren

Contracts Manager


Gerry has over 40 years’ experience within the construction and fit out trade and joined us in 2021.

With his fit out experience, Gerry brings a wealth of knowledge across all trades that ensures all our project teams follow the client’s project design intent whilst adhering to relevant regulations and standards.

Gerry helps to instil confidence in our clients with his collaborative management approach and encourages the highest standards of professional atmosphere within TONA.

Using a very hands-on approach to our projects, Gerry particularly enjoys combining the management of the full fit out design & construction stages onwards to the supply and installation of bespoke and loose furniture solutions.

An avid sports fan, Gerry’s interests include GAA, soccer and drinking his tea from his own cup
