Efficient two-week installation by our office fit out company met the main contractor’s program, resulting in a functional and aesthetically pleasing office space.


The brief

TONA received a compelling brief to supply and install furniture for an expansive space in Dublin. The project entailed furnishing open plan areas, offices, meeting rooms, and the canteen, spanning an impressive 10,000 sq. ft on a single floor. The objective was to cater to the needs of over 50 staff members, ensuring a functional and aesthetically pleasing environment.


The Works

As part of this project, we executed the works under a direct contract with the client, establishing a close working relationship with their project manager. Throughout the process, we prioritised collaboration and effective communication to ensure the project’s success.

The installation phase was meticulously planned and executed over a two-week period, strategically aligned with the main contractor’s program. This allowed us to seamlessly integrate our activities into the overall project timeline, minimising disruptions and maximising efficiency.

To facilitate a smooth installation process, our experienced contracts manager took charge of coordinating all logistics, from site deliveries to installations. They closely liaised with the client’s site project manager, ensuring that all requirements and specifications were met.

By working in consultation with the client’s project manager, our team was able to address any potential challenges promptly and find optimal solutions. This collaborative approach fostered a strong partnership, enhancing the overall execution of the project.

Through effective coordination, clear communication, and careful planning, we successfully delivered the project on time and met the expectations of all stakeholders involved.
